Here is my plan for the next two weeks. I haven't done a two-week plan in a while, but I don't want to spend every weekend making meals. Plus, it saves me money if I buy for two weeks at a time. Instead of going to the store every weekend. (Except for like milk and that kind of stuff.)
We only have after school activities on Wednesdays--for now. So, I really just need a crock pot meal one day a week. But, I like having most of the meals made ahead of time. Makes life a little bit easier.
Anyhow! Here you go!
August 31- September 6
Sunday-- Chicken/ steak, zucchini, baked sweet potatoes
Monday--Nachos (using leftover chicken from last week's quesadillas)
Tuesday-- Marinara Chicken and Veggies,
Wednesday-- Chicken tacos, salad
Thursday-- Chicken Stir Fry-- Not a crock pot meal (Chicken, rice, broccoli and carrots-- using this recipe for the Teriyaki sauce)
Friday-- Game! Harp gets to cheer with the cheerleaders. She's beyond excited!
Saturday-- ??
September 7- 13
Sunday-- ??
Monday-- Cauliflower Pizza,--Not a crock pot meal, salad
Tuesday-- Cheeseburger Wraps,--Not a crock pot meal, Peas, Salad
Wednesday-- Crock Pot Western Beef Casserole
Thursday--One Pot Chicken Lo Mein-- Not a crock pot meal
Friday-- Game!
You know how you pin something that says something along the lines of "100 Best Recipes Ever!" and you only like 2 of them? And then you have to remember which pin had that one awesome recipe in it?! Well, that's why I started this blog. This is my list of recipes that we have tried and liked. All in one place. For me to use when cooking and planning my meals. I totally started this for selfish reasons, but now I'm sharing it with you! Maybe it will make your life a little easier, too!
