Meal Plan for August 24-30

Sunday--Caribbean Jerk chicken with Mango and Cucumber Salsa, carrots and zucchini

Monday--Lasagna, (that I froze a few weeks ago), salad

Tuesday--Chicken Quesadillas (using this crock pot recipe for the chicken), corn, black beans

Wednesday-- Sesame Chicken, rice, broccoli

Thursday-- Pancakes (or waffles), sausage, eggs

Friday--  Football game.  Who knows what we will eat.

Saturday--  Grill out!  Chicken/ steak, salad, baked sweet potato
