Tuesday, October 1-- Chicken fajita (frozen from last week's leftover veggies), cauliflower rice
Wednesday, October 2-- Spaghetti (frozen from leftovers two weeks ago)
Thursday, October 3-- Chicken and Cabbage stir fry, Garlic Bok Choy
Friday, October 4-- pizza
You know how you pin something that says something along the lines of "100 Best Recipes Ever!" and you only like 2 of them? And then you have to remember which pin had that one awesome recipe in it?! Well, that's why I started this blog. This is my list of recipes that we have tried and liked. All in one place. For me to use when cooking and planning my meals. I totally started this for selfish reasons, but now I'm sharing it with you! Maybe it will make your life a little easier, too!

Sunday, September 22--Instant Pot Eggplant Parmesan with Roasted Leeks
Monday, September 23--Salad with avocado, boiled eggs, and chicken
Tuesday, September 24--Roasted chicken sausage, red potatoes, red onion, and yellow squash
Wednesday, September 25-- Tacos with organic corn, black beans, and cauliflower rice
Thursday, September 26--Baked chicken, Instant Pot Mac and Cheese, roasted veggies
Friday, September 27--Pizza night!

Menu for September 13-20, 2019
So on Mondays and Wednesdays the kids have dance and karate. They both start at different times, but they both end at 8:00. After last week I realized that I need two meals that I already cooked and can just be heated up on those days. That way everyone can eat at whatever time is convenient for them and not wait for me to cook. Hopefully that will help with some of the crazy on those days.
Saturday, September 13-- CCU Game... dinner will be "whatever you want"
Sunday, September 14-- Instant Pot Roast, Squash casserole
Monday, September 15-- Spaghetti
Tuesday, September 16-- Cobb salad
Wednesday, September 17--Taco night!
Thursday, September 18-- Chicken stir fry (using the dressing from this recipe as the marinade), cauliflower rice, green beans

Thursday, September 12-- Cheeseburger Wraps, salad
Friday, September 13-- Make your own pizzas (kids will have regular crust, Adam and I will use this cauliflower crust)
