Monday, September 18 (karate for Boy)-- One Pot Paleo Chicken Curry Stir Fry
Tuesday, September 19 (dance for Harp, Mini Starz for me, Adam is on dinner duty!)-- Instant Pot Hawaiian Chicken:
- 3 Chicken breasts
- 1 can pineapple chunks (drained)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 – 12 oz bag of frozen oriental veggies
- Dump all of the ingredients into a gallon size freezer bag and freeze.
- When you’re ready to use; place it in the refrigerator overnight to thaw.
- Dump into Instant Pot and cook on manual for 20-25 minutes
Thursday, September 21 (gymnastics/ dance)-- Chili-Lime Chicken
Friday, September 22-- I don't cook on Fridays.
Saturday, September 23-- CCU game!
Sunday, September 24-- No clue right now
Monday, September 25 (karate)-- One Pot Chicken Lo Mein (I will prep this one this weekend by putting everything except for the noodles and broth in a freezer bag. Then next week all I have to do it thaw it the night before and cook it the day of!)
Tuesday, September 26 (dance)-- Tacos, organic corn, rice
Wednesday, September 27-- Instant Pot Pesto Chicken Pasta
Thursday, September 28-- Instant Pot Honey Bourbon Chicken, rice noodles, broccoli
Friday, September 29-- I don't cook on Fridays :)
