Monday--Slow Cooker Jerk Chicken with Cucumber Mango Salsa, carrots, fruit
Tuesday--Cheeseburger wraps, sweet potato fries, peas
Wednesday-- Slow Cooker Pulled Pork with Mexican Coleslaw, roasted corn, chips and guacamole
Thursday--Grilled chicken, couscous, salad
Friday-- Quinoa stuffed bell peppers
Saturday--Stromboli, salad
June 22-28
Sunday--Company Casserole
Monday-- Spaghetti Squash Alfredo
Tuesday--Cheesy Chicken and Rice bake (used for tacos)
Wednesday-- Sausage, peppers, onions, and potatoes
Thursday-- Paleo Tex-Mex Casserole
Friday/ Saturday--who knows?! I'm sure we will have leftovers and things to eat that don't require "cooking"
