Baked Ham and Cheese sandwiches (Hawaiian rolls, ham and cheese--bake them until the cheese melts. Kids' fav)
Easy sliders (Using this cheeseburger wrap recipe, I'm going to brown the meat first. Then put meat and cheese on the buns and bake them with the ham and cheese sandwiches)
Sunday, January 12-- Sous vide sirloin steak, lima beans, potato wedges
Monday, January 13-- Roasted peppers, onions, and chicken sausage
Tuesday, January 14-- Baked chicken fajitas, corn, black beans
Wednesday, January 15-- Baked mahi mahi, green beans, cauliflower mac and cheese using this recipe for the sauce
Thursday, January 16-- Sloppy joes, roasted veggies
Prep this weekend:
- Cut up all fruits and veggies
- Prep kids' fruits/ veggies for lunches
- Make Chicken Avocado Egg Salad for lunches
- Apple chips and Pineapple chips using the dehydrator
- Prep/ bake eggplant and freeze it-- saving it for later
