Monday-- Slow Cooker Pepperoni and Chicken (This was on the menu for last week, but for some reason we never ate it), salad, fruit (whatever I find on sale at the store!)
Tuesday--Paleo Tex Mex Casserole
Wednesday--Teriyaki Pork Chops, cauliflower "rice," carrots
Thursday--Coconut Curry Chicken, Roasted veggies with coconut oil and pink Himalayan salt, mac and cheese (for the kiddos)
Friday-- Pizza wraps and salad
Saturday-- ??
Sunday--Sweet and Sour Meatballs, broccoli, organic corn
March 10-16
Monday--Sweet Garlic Chicken, salad, mac and cheese (for the kiddos)
Tuesday--Sloppy Joes, Homemade Sweet Potato Fries, Roasted Broccoli with coconut oil and pink Himalayan salt
Wednesday-- Pulled Pork Sandwiches, (we won't add the bread), carrots and zucchini, couscous
Thursday-- Taco night! (Using this recipe for the seasoning)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday-- No clue! But, by then, it will be time for a new menu! :)
You know how you pin something that says something along the lines of "100 Best Recipes Ever!" and you only like 2 of them? And then you have to remember which pin had that one awesome recipe in it?! Well, that's why I started this blog. This is my list of recipes that we have tried and liked. All in one place. For me to use when cooking and planning my meals. I totally started this for selfish reasons, but now I'm sharing it with you! Maybe it will make your life a little easier, too!
