Honey Sesame Chicken

I don't have the original website that this recipe came from.

Write on gallon-sized Ziploc bag: Honey Sesame Chicken,  Cook on low 4-5 hours

Put Ziploc bag inside a large pitcher and wrap the edges of the bag around the pitcher.  Put all of the ingredients inside the bag.

(I have made this twice and burned it both times.  Try it when you’re at home and can turn off the crock pot when it’s done.  Just sayin’) J

1 lb chicken tenders  (or whatever works for your family)
3 T olive oil (We use coconut oil)
1 cup honey
2 T sesame seeds
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 package frozen brocolli

Place all ingredients in freezer bag, toss to coat and freeze.  When ready, place in crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours.  Remove chicken & shred, then return to sauce. Serve over hot cooked rice.
