Sunday, February 3-- Super bowl! Super bowl snacks for dinner! Keto Low Carb Pizza Casserole, Keto Hot Dogs (regular hot dogs for the kids), roasted veggies
Monday, February 4-- Spaghetti with meatballs (zucchini noodles for us)
Tuesday, February 5 (dance and karate)-- Taco meat, cauliflower rice, organic corn
Wednesday, February 6 (dance)-- Instant Pot Italian chicken, green beans, roasted cauliflower
Thursday, February 7 (dance and karate)-- Baked Chicken Fajitas, cauliflower rice
Friday, February 8-- ??
Saturday, February 9-- Fundraiser for Adam's school
Sunday plan to prep for the week:
- Wash/ dry/ cut fruits and veggies
- Make lunches for Adam and I
- Chicken Avocado Egg Salad (for lunches)
- Kids will make their fruit and veggies for their lunches
- Low Carb Cheese Crackers
- Keto Peanut Butter Cookies
- Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies
